TRUE MOUSE DPI ANALYZER
Measure the true DPI of your mouse with this tool and improve your gaming!
You can use the analyzer to find the sensor accuracy and determine what your DPI is if it is unknown.
MAJOR UPDATE! We've removed all measurement limits, so you can now use any DPI and distance measurement. Our tool also bypasses browser zoom, display scale, Windows Pointer Speed, and acceleration settings, ensuring your results are 100% accurate regardless of your configuration!
Info
You can measure all four axes:
X+ is from left to right.
X- is from right to left.
Y+ is from bottom to top.
Y- is from top to bottom.
The actual DPI is shown with an accuracy of two decimals.
The target count and actual moved counts will also be shown.
Use your measured actual DPI in the Mouse Sensitivity Calculator and Converter to improve the accuracy of the distance calculations.
Instructions
Measure the distance you want to move your mouse by marking lines on a mousepad or paper. Ensure you measure the distance the mouse should move, not the edge-to-edge width of the surface.
Enter the target distance for how far you will be moving your mouse, and select the correct unit and axis for your measurement.
Enter your current DPI setting if known. If unknown, enter any approximate value (e.g., 800) and perform the measurement; the calculated result will reveal your actual DPI.
Click the red crosshair, and hold the mouse button down.
Move your mouse as straight as possible across the pre-marked target distance.
Note: The goal is NOT to align the red crosshair with the blue indicator (0% deviation). Instead, physically move your mouse the full target distance.
Release the mouse button to stop recording the movement and view your results.
