If you have not changed the sensitivity in-game, the sensitivity parameter might not be visible in the registry. Change it in-game to create the parameter.

Change the last four bytes (12 C7 F2 3F) to the calculated hex sensitivity. Just drag-select them and overwrite.

That probably means you have entered some wrong values, the registry is very sensitive to this.

It won't make any significant difference what the first four bytes are, as these are the least significant.

In this specific case, changing from 20 to 00 is going from 1.1736012697219849 to 1.1736011505126953, so in terms of actual sensitivity this is undetectable.
