November 30, 20196 yr I dont know if Im doing something wrong, but the calculations seem to completely off.. using the results I get, I can barely move my camera. Tried with and without the file from pcgamewiki that fixes negative acceleration. Same results.

Tried with and without the file from pcgamewiki that fixes negative acceleration. Same results. Tested it now, and the file completely changes the sensitivity. Working on an update now. However you should notice huge differences with and without, strange if you don't. Join the community on Discord!
November 30, 20196 yr Author Wizard So the issue is that turning vsync off so you get a smooth frame rate also affect sensitivity. And when the frame rate directly affect sensitivity it's impossible to make the calculations, so I can only make it for vsync on unfortunately. Join the community on Discord!
December 1, 20196 yr there is a raw input fix for dead space 1 and 2. https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Dead_Space_2#Raw_mouse_input_fix

December 1, 20196 yr i don't think anyone wants to play this at 30 fps. could you maybe do the calculations for a 60 fps and 120 fps cap with RTSS?

True, it's pretty horrible at 30 FPS. I'll check if it's the monitor refresh rate or actual FPS that affects it. If it's the monitor it should be easy. And either way most computers should be able to reach a cap consistently if it's FPS. Join the community on Discord!

December 2, 20196 yr i just tried the raw input fix for ds1 and the sens was the same with both a 60 fps and 200 fps cap. measuring the aim sensitivity should definitely have priority though, since the look sensitivity will always be a bit sluggish.
