This is config file sensitivity, you are probably referring to in-game sensitivity when you say 20 and 30.

The result from bf4 to overwatch is not right,too.Is something wrong with my account?

What do you mean is wrong here? All these calculations are correct.

I tried calculating bf4 to codwwii,the result is still not right,I even use my ruler to measure the 360 distance,and there is about 5.50 in cod.(I use 30 in bf4)But the reasult of calculating is  20.64(2.064 in game,1.89 with viewspeed2).When I calculating codwwii to bf4,the reasult turn to 7.5,really need help
