They changed a lot, but I got everything figured out now. Just need to check all the scopes to be sure then I'll release it

It seems that the hip fire setting in the game is incorrect. After conversion to CS 1.25, it is 5, but the actual situation is very slow.

Make sure the MouseSensitivityMultiplierUnit value in the config file is set to the default 0.02 when using the in-game calculation.

I just verified the game now, it's still the same as it has always been.

The converter says that the game is not affected by FOV, but for some reason, when I change the FOV from 60 to 90 in the conversion tool, the ADS values go from 41 to 71 on my side. Should I take this into account or stick with 41?

The FOV affection refers to hipfire, which will have the same 360 distance regardless of FOV.

However ADS and scopes will be affected by the FOV change, since they are scaled based on the 360 distance and FOV of the hipfire sensitivity.

So in other words there's technically a mix of affected and not affected.

Thanks for your feedback !

So I should use the second value (71) for the ADS, right ?

Hey all looking for some help on how to convert my hunt showdown sens to rainbow six siege. I'm trying to also get the scopes to use monitor distance 0% but it doesn't seem like its converting correctly not sure what settings I need to change.

This is correct, R6 is using MDV 0% by default, so if you match FOV and use MDV 0% the result will always be 50. If anything, this is a testament to the calculations actually working, although a bit underwhelming when they all turn out to be the default values.

Is there any way of double verifying the current Rainbow Six Siege sensitivity calculations? Currently after playing Battlefield 6 and using MDV 0% as the conversion method for keeping my scopes feel accurate to my hipfire, I converted the same back to Rainbow Six Siege, but it feels way too fast. Any chance of a double check?

The calculations are correct, but can you share your conversions using the purple share button?

I have just shown it as 1x scope here, as this is scope that is for the most part feeling "too fast" in comparison to battlefield 6's feeling when zoomed in any scope, but it is also impacting other scopes such as ACOG/2.5 scope. I know its not 100% accurate, because I am using the 0.002230 multiplier (its off by 0.000005 in the multiplier), but this is my personal preference multiplier to use. But please let me know if it would make a dramatic difference. Let me know if anything is incorrect. Thanks for your assistance.

This 1x is between the 1x and 1.25x in BF6, so it's not really comparable to any aim directly. But the 360 distance is as expected in between those.
