So my sensitivity in csgo is 5 and my ratio is 16:9, do i use hdeg 4:3 or hdeg res?

hdeg 106.26 = hdeg 4:3 90

The difference is that hdeg 4:3 uses the 4:3 portion of your monitor which is what CS:GO uses as it's FOV base (90)
