why it feels so slow? not like awp zoom in csgo 

why cant change Multiplier , cause i have

Then you should use Monitor Distance Horizontal 75% actually, that's the same as zoom_sensitivity_ratio_mouse 1 if your monitor is 16:9. Try that.
