Hello everyone, I recently started playing Rainbow six competitively and wanna train my aim in CSGO by practising in those workshop maps. I just purchased a subscription here but have no idea how to convert my R6 sens to csgo since i am playing 4:3 in R6 1920x1080 and want to continue playing 4:3 in csgo. My settings in siege are : 

Horizontal: 4

Vertical: 4

Aim Down Sight: 67

DPI: 800

FOV: 84

Resolution: 1920x1080

Aspect ratio: 4:3

I don't where to start since i have no idea which conversion method (360 distance, viewspeed(horizontal/vertical), monitor distance) is right for me.

Use a 4:3 resolution for the calculation (like 1440x1080) so the FOV calculation is correct.

Try 360 distance for hipfire sensitivity and Monitor Distance Horizontal 0% for ADS/Scope.
