Hello fellas I was wondering if I didn't miss anything since it's my first time trying this but I can't even control my sens in fortnite after the convertion.. Thank you have a good day :D

if you're using a coefficient of 1.33 in bo4, then you should set everything to MDV 133 % in the conversion setup.

Are your resolution settings correct? Also make sure to include the Conversion Setup at the top of the calculator.

imho in this case it's also better to first convert from bo4 all to fortnite hip-fire and then from fortnite hip-fire to fortnite all

Mouse Sensitivity X 0.13

Mouse Targeting Sensitivity 1.00

Mouse Scope Sensitivity 0.93

Once you convert it correctly it might still feel too slow for the game due to no fov slider for fortnite so you are stuck on a super low fov, imo you'll need to learn 2 different sensitivity's for fortnite one for spam building and another for precise shots.
