I used the calculator for ROE. The numbers is gave me is as follows: Gen sens: 57, Veh sens: 57, ADS: 57, Scope: 54, 2x: 60, 4x: 58, 8x:53.  Does that mean if I use those settings in game it will give me a 1:1 sens so it feels the same for all those things?

Correct! ROE doesn't scale sensitivity in any particular fashion, that's why you get numbers all over the place.

I haven't been able to find it yet, not even sure it is in the game. Have you seen it?
