I just subscribed a few days ago because I'm trying to figure out the best way to carry over muscle memory to all of my FPS games. In the past, I always used different sensitivities in different games and didn't pay any mind to it. Recently, I've at least started using the same cm/360 hipfire between games. So I guess my "spacial awareness" sensitivity is good for my muscle memory but as you guys probably know, when scoping in with different sights/scopes the sensitivity is way different in every game, making it really difficult to be consistent.

I'm reading about this monitor match method but it left me pretty confused, I'm not even sure what question to ask to be quite honest. My vague understanding is that it is possible to make different sights/scopes feel the same between different games, but cm/360 will be different (which is fine, because ADS/scoping sensitivity is more important). Can someone kindly walk me through this process? Maybe start with one game conversion and hopefully I can understand it after that.

I use 1600 DPI on a 34" 3440x1440 21:9 monitor, my main games at the moment are PUBG / R6 Siege. I like my PUBG sensitivity the most, the ACOG in Siege feels way off.

If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it.

This guide written by Skidushe is a great place to start if you haven't read it already, it teaches you how all the different conversion methods available work as well as the benefits they have compared against each other. But generally speaking 0% monitor match aka zoom ratio is considered the most mathematically sound method so that's probably what I'd recommend you to start with if you wanted a direct answer. :)
