Hello, I purchased a one time subscription in November, since then I hadn't realized till looking at my credit card's bill but I've been getting double charged since November.

I cancel the sub right away, but the site must have bugged out. Is there any support for this website, or am I stuck with the bill?

Getting an error when trying to convert PUBG/ROE to Apex Legends saying its out of range or something. Giving me odd results.

It's best to post it in the game specific thread, click the game title in the game info section of the calculator for the game you have issues with to go directly to the thread:

Also to make it easier to troubleshoot the issue post a screenshot of the calculator including the conversion setup. You can use snipping tool in Windows and just paste the image right into the post.
