New Game Requests

Featured Replies

Request new games for the calculator here!

  • Make sure the game you request is not listed in the Unsupported Games forum. If you know of a fix that might solve the sensitivity issues with a game, make a request mentioning this.
  • Requests that are processed will be moved to the archive.

Preferably use this template when posting your requests (don't worry if you don't have all the info), and if you have several requests make one post for each of them. Also check if the game is already requested. If it is, give it a like to bump it.

Not sure if this is allowed or where this fits in, but on MacOS there's a free app called LinearMouse that lets you set (a) sensitivity and (b) acceleration. I keep (b) acceleration off, but with 400 DPI and 2560x1440 27" resolution, I wanted to know what was the same sensitivity as my windows desktop at 6/11 sens, 400 DPI, 2560x1440p 27" resolution (pointer precision off).

The sensitivity ("Tracking Speed") slider goes from 0 to 20, with 4 decimal places.

Right now I use (a) sensitivity ("Tracking Speed") of 0.25 as it seems somewhat close in left to right screen mouse movement distance equating to about the same mousepad distance as windows. It would be nice to know the real numbers, especially if other values have interpolation (like using a setting other than 6/11 on Windows)

The sensitivity slider is not accurate, expect some discrepancy.
You can enter the sensitivity manually with many decimals, only limited by float32 precision.

Float32 precision: 7 decimals remain exact, 8th to 17th decimal is lossy.

Default sensitivity (in-game): 0.20

default value 0.20 (in-game), distance in counts 1800
minimum value 0.01 (in-game), distance in counts 36000
maximum value 2.00 (in-game), distance in counts 180

The slider value does not really snap to decimal places, even though the text field visually snapped to 2 decimal places.

Clicking on the mouse sensitivity text field enters into keyboard editing focus.
While mouse sensitivity text field has focus, clicking outside the text field or pressing enter will update the slider to value in mouse sensitivity text field and is probably as precise as parsing a string into float32.

Entering and exiting keyboard editing focus will reduce the precision of the stored value to 2 decimals unless a new value is entered.

Vertical view angles seem to be limited to 80 degrees up, 80 degrees down. (when 360 distance is 3600, look down as far as possible, then look up by 800 counts to look straight ahead, or look up as far as possible, then look down by 800 to look straight ahead)

VFOV: 60, currently can't be changed.

Sensitivity stored in registry, but it's easier to modify via the in-game text field.
