any chance you'll get around to helping us figure out the sensitivities to use for 4X, 8x, and 15x to match monitor distance to normal?  Also, any chance you could figure out a way to match the ADS sens ingame as well as in config?  I'd like to match the ADS to my R6Siege Holo Sens

I can confirm that this works, and will give you a true 1:1 sensitivity! Here's how: Open %LOCALAPPDATA%\TslGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\input.ini and add this to it: [/Script/Engin

Yeah it makes sense to wait. Here is my method for converting CS:GO sensitivity to PUBG, and it should work for other Source games. Where it gets interesting is that I preserve the behavior of th

You have to make sure the entire line is there, i.e.

MouseSensitiveName="Normal",MouseSensitivity=50.000000,LastConvertedMouseSensitivity=0.014174

The value of MouseSensitivity is not important, but the sensitivity is reset if it's not present when you change the LastConvertedMouseSensitivity value. The game will then remove the MouseSensitivity=50.000000 upon start.

I am putting in the complete line as stated and it still resets to 0.20000000000 after I load the game and then reopen the config. Am I missing something? It's frustrating.

My base settings are from CS:GO, I am using 400 dpi, 2.25 sensitivity and when I am converting to playerunknown's it gives me the right hipfire sensitivity but for 15x and 8x scope it says "Too high sensitivity or too low new DPI" .

4x works but that would give me a sensitivity of 80~ which is crazy fast, should you use the same sensitivity as you get for hipfire?

Am I using the wrong converter? (360 distance)

If I'm using viewspeed as converter it gives me 43 in sens instead of the correct (52~)

Would love to get some help, I'm going craazy! :)

Try the Viewspeed conversion. You will see that the different aims end up with pretty much the same numbers.

You mean Viewspeed for the scopes only?

Cause the 360 distance csgo > playerunkowns hipfire conversion is correct but it would be unplayable if i would do the same with the scopes since it will give a crazy high sensitivity.

Viewspeed csgo > playerunknowns hipfire would be much slower than what I use in csgo

Thanks for the quick respond

Same problem, never happened before. If you change the sens ingame, then you edit again your sens you can fix it, but sometimes it resets randomly. My file is read only and the values are fine.

It just keeps resetting for me when I try to edit the config file. Don't know what's up. I've been using In-game settings, but its a bit off for me. I keep missing people.

Well the issue is disappeared for me. I'm not sure if it has something to do with it, but since I have Engine.ini on read only my GameUserSettings don't reset anymore. You can try, (close the game first).

Regarding the resetting of the mouse-sens values in the config file:

Im pretty sure it happens, if you hit "apply" in the in-game control settings, after changing the in-game mouse sens or key bindings.

If you hit "apply", the game will use the in-game mouse sens settings and override the custom ones (LastConvertedMouseSensitivity)in the config file.

If you change graphic settings for example, and apply those, the custom mouse sens in the config file stays.

It would happen to me if I would just start and close the game. I haven't tried making the engine file read only. Still struggling with sensitivities like it sounds many of you are.

the FOV's used to match at are first person.  Any chance on a third person version?  I use 3rd person when running around and for targeting

As someone else reported I think that X4 calculation are resulting in a value way higher than what it should be. Both in game and config. For example the in game calculation gives me something around 80 while a confortable sens for me it's about 48 (I keep same sens for all zoom levels)

Edit: I'm using 360° conversion

Use Viewspeed, converting 360 distance between different FOV's / scopes doesn't make much sense :)
