Is it possible to change it by a file/command? All I can find is the slider in mouse settings

This value in the registry corresponds to the WPS value in the calculator (the value not in parenthesis):

I'm not sure what I did though, haha. WPS stands for? windows pointer speed?

10 is the default value, the numbers in parenthesis like (6/11) refers to the notch the slider in control panel is on.

These settings multiplies or divides your sensitivity by a certain amount.

Okay that makes sense, I dont know how it wasn't the default value. I moved the notch to 6/11 and it feels better. Just one final question

This is the DPI you have to use to get the 0% MDH match in Windows.

I see, I couldn't find what MDH stands for on google.

 

Wouldn't it be better for me to use WPS: 6 (4/11)

This outputs 750 DPI, the closest I could get it by changing the WPS

 

When I changed the slider to 4/11, the regedit entry automatically changed back to 6 from 10

Just hover over MDH, and it says Monitor Distance Horizontal  This is the setting for the conversion in Windows.

Yes, setting the WPS to 6 would be better, and it is correct that the registry changes to 6 when you set the slider to 4/11.
