December 16, 20196 yr Hi there, I know this might not be useful but I need it. I want to be able to convert my Rainbow Six Siege sens to my Desktop sens. I've tried to use the converter and it keep telling me to change my DPI or my mouse pointer speed setting in control panel but Idk change it to what? My Siege settings: Aim "Hipfire" / Sens "6" / DPI "1600" / Resolution "2560x1440" / FOV "71" Please someone explain to me how to use that in Windows/Desktop since this is what I get at the moment: DPI: 970 Distance: 2.6392 inches to move mouse cursor across screen Sensitivity: Configure sensitivity by adjusting the DPI of your mouse and/or change the Windows Pointer Speed setting in Control Panel Thank you!
December 16, 20196 yr Wizard The calculator is telling you that your R6 sensitivity is the same as using 970 DPI in Windows, so you need to set your mouse to 1000 DPI to get as close as possible. Join the community on Discord!

Thank you. But what about this? I changed the pointer speed before, isn't that going to mess it up? Can't I get as close as I can by keeping the DPI 1600 and change the pointer speed? I just want to know what's the correct pointer speed number level.

And sorry that I'm too slow to understand it really good here. But last question, where did you get the 7 from? Here is what I'm doing and tell me if I'm doing something wrong:

Here is what I'm doing and tell me if I'm doing something wrong: Ah, you can't set it it simple mode, switch to advanced mode and you'll see the WPS field Join the community on Discord!

So basically, in the mouse sens on the control panel there are only 11 levels, and 7 basically means 4.5, right? If yes let me know, so I can switch my DPI to 800 and Windows mouse to 9 so it can match. Am I doing it right here? Let me know and sorry about the multiple questions.

You should try WPS 9 at 1600 DPI first. The simple mode defaults to MDH 0% for matching windows sensitivity, and it is usually too slow for people, MDH 100% seem to be better for most. When I go to the regedit, and edit the MouseSensitivity field, it doesn't change right away, do I need to restart my windows? Also, it says 7 matches 1550dpi, which is close to what is my mouse set to right now. Where did you get the 9 from and where do I found out if mine is set to MDH 0% or 100%. I'm sorry about that but I'm new to windows sens converting Love your service, it's the best!

The regedit should be applied instantly without need for reboot. Join the community on Discord!
