I played more than 1 year with %0MM windows to game. It's good yes but I realized I'm playing better everything matched %100MM horizontal from windows to game. Why I'm doing this cuz I have 204 hours kovaaks aim trainer play time with %0mm my scores always bad nothing changed in time. With %0mm desktop to 3d game method. I'm playing extremely bad in league of legends. I lost my mobility and skill shots. Try %100mm horizontal everything windows to game if u can't improve your aim with other options.

At the end go with that what suits you best. 0% is just mathematically the best method but that doesnt mean its best for you. Also if it would be the best way i think all games atleast the newer ones would use it but thats not the case.
