try these (for the best possible match you want to edit rainbow six ini file ) 

you should use the ini for:  fov , mouse sensitivity multiplier unit , and changing all 3 values impacting hipfire to the same value given to you by the calc  you can then use the value that matches your current scope in the in game settings ie 74 46 etc

 

 

if this still feels wrong id recommend verifying that there is no acceleration turned on in halo / windows (pointer precision and that you are on 6/11 pointer speed if you dont have raw input on in both games :)
