overwatch Ashe to Apex

hi i want to get my overwatch ashe settings ito overwatch. i just payed for a subscription and i dont get anything when i put in my overwatch settings.

in overwatch i have fov 103, sensitivity 6. ashe ADS 53,79. 

in apex i have FOV 90. 

what do i do next?

Apex, i do like the X3 zoom in apex with a sensitivity of 2.5 how do i know what sensitivity it uses?

Apex,i like the ads on 2.5 sensitivity. how do i find out what sensitivity it uses?

i want to use 1.8 sensitivity in apex cuz a calculator told me that was the same as 6sens in overwatch.

the pistol with aim down sight is a tiny bit to high. is that called 1x Optic / Iron Sights?

if i change it will it change anything on the other scopes? if i change it lets say from 1.07 to 1.09. how much do i need to change on the other X2 x3 etc to get the same change?

i have one last question, if i wanted the same sensitivity on my ADS pistol as ingame hipfire. do i put "1x Optic / Iron Sights" on 1?
