On rainbow 6 I use 15-15-65 as my sens (400 dpi), on the website i got 13.02 as my sens for hipfire which feels right but I can't figure out how to get my ADS sensitivity of 65 on r6 to match on CoD with relative. I'm not sure to find it

I am yet to figure this out if someone can help

Nothing in Rainbow 6 scales the same so you need to specify which aim you want to convert from, also your FOV in both games.

I want to convert my Ads sensitivity which is 65, my hipfire is 15 on rainbow six as well. My FOV in rainbow six is 90 and my FOV on Warzone is 103. I want to convert my Holo 1x sensitivity from r6 to call of duty

The ADS and Scope conversion is set to MDV 0% with a scale of 91%, this makes the calculated ADS sensitivity for R6 65 like you have it.
