So I wanted to convert my Valorant to my Rainbow Six Sens but it feels a bit off, may you guys review it and help me? I have a feeling my ADS and Scope scales are off.

Valorant converts hipfire sens to ADS using MDH 100% by default (Multiplier = 1.0). It also has a locked 103 HFOV (16:9). The same settings in R6S would be:  https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?sh

These are the key calculator settings in order to achieve the same sensitivity:

What about my Hipfire?

The R6S hipfire sens given by the calculator in the link is exactly the same as your hipfire sens in Valorant (same 360 distance and same FOV).

Can I also apply this to other Games too?

You can, that way you'd share the same sens across all the games that support MDH 100% and your chosen scale.

how would I be able to change my fov in r6 to 90 while still converting my sensitivity over from valorant?

not recommendable given the substancial difference in fov  between 103(max valorant) and 120("90" in siege)
