Question between 0.00 and 1.33 coefficent monitor distance (warzone)

I guys, I have played for long time with default coefficent (1.33) i tried to swap on 0.00 and i notice that i'm really better in sniping and in close range with other weapon I see no difference. 

My question is: what's the difference between this two value? 

 

My other setting is

800 DPI

6 in game sens

103 FOV (like overwatch i think)
