It is working, but the minimum coefficient is 0.01 in-game. In the config file you can use 0 so I've updated it now.

It appears all the numbers across all 4 sensitivities are the same now? is that supposed to be the case?

Yes, it was changed when the scope sensitivity was added. As long as your "Sensitivity Relative Amount" matches your monitor distance setup in the calculator (which it automatically will do as a placeholder value), all the numbers will be the same.
