July 16, 20214 yr I logged in today to convert sensitivities, but there aren't any options from the drop tabs. No games, no presets, nothing. Thought it was payment, but I did pay. I tried it with different browsers, but the only way I could get it to work is on my phone of all places.

July 19, 20214 yr Author Does anyone else here use it in inprivate browser or some such? Because that's the reason for my end. Super weird and it's still a problem, but that's the temporary work around until they fix it.

We've found an issue where a few users gets a cached empty reply and have tried to adjust some parameters to prevent it, but it might be client related and based on what the browser is requesting. Yea I'm still having the issue, clearing cache doesn't seem to help.
