I'm trying to correctly have the same FOV from Rainbow Six Siege (which is 90vertical therefore 120+horizontal with a 16:9 aspect ratio) to Battlefield V ? Anyone ?

Is it single player FOV you want? It is a bit weird in BFV. If not, just select "Hipfire" instead, the FOV value should be the same as in R6.
