I want to convert my zoom sensitivity to my hipfire sensitivity in new games.

In cs 1.6 I had 2.6 sensitivity with 0.9 zoom at 400 dpi. I played on 1024 x 768 and I believe it was on a 18 inch CTR monitor However I don't believe in trying to convert with the monitor size and the res in mind since I have read that monitor size and resolution doesn't impact or change the sensitivity only how its  perceived so when converting I use my current monitor size of 24. (I have tried 18 to 24 monitor but it just doesn't feel right. Maybe I'm doing it wrong Maybe the old CTR monitor is screwing me?)

However trying to do it the easy way and ignoring the monitor size and resolution I came up with the result below.

The result I got when converting my 1.6  zoom sensitivity to 1.6 hipfire gave me a result of 2.857377  (note that converting 1.6 zoom to cs go gave a different result of 3.809835)

Now I want to use the new sensitivity 2.857377 to hunt showdown, when converting from 1.6 to hunt showdown I get the result on iron sight 1.574103
However when converting CS GO to hunt showdown in the same way with the same settings I get a different sensitivity of 1.18 iron sight

So which one is the correct one to use? And why doesn't they show the same value? and which one should I use?

Sorry if I'm just dumb or missing something here but I have been trying to figure this out for weeks.

I don't know if you might be mixing up different conversion methods and aspect ratios here, but any conversion should be reversible (unless there's a bug).

What you should do is this:

First match the conversion setup to your settings. For CS 1.6 it would be like this (MDV 133.3333%, scale 90%, notice that the calculated zoom sensitivity matches your zoom), and when converting to Hunt match the vertical FOV as close as you can:

And it's perfectly reversible apart from a small rounding difference due to the FOV not supporting more than 4 decimals:

This seems to be right, Now I only have one more question. How do I correctly convert my 1.6 AWP zoom to 1.6 hipfire sensitivity?

This is how I done it before and I guess this is not the right way of doing it Could you show me how to that aswell so I don't fuckup. at least I know how to convert my normal sens now so Big Thanks for that!

The default setup of the calculator does not match your settings, so you need to adjust it. Also you need to set the correct resolution if you're doing it for your old monitor witch was 1024x768:

This is how it should look like right?

And since I want cs 1.6 hipfire to be 1:1 with me ADS in Hunt showdown Should I take the scale on on 100% instead of 90? Cause the link above that you posted show 90 on ADS

I understand it should be 90 for zoom sensitivity since that's what I use on cs.

That depends on what you mean by 1:1. It isn't really a thing when you convert between different FOVs, you can only match one aspect of the sensitivity, 360 distance or a specific monitor distance.
