While smoothing can be turned off, this game still has quite a bit of acceleration so it can't be added.

There is apparently a fix for this.

%USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\THQ\Relic Entertainment\Space Marine\gamePC.cfg

Edit:

VSync = true

to:

VSync = false

This appears to disable all smoothing and acceleration while achieving what feels like a 1:1 betwen hipfire and ADS.

This does not solve the problem unfortunately. It changes the behaviour, but it's still all over the place in terms of accuracy.
