Battlefield 2042 ADS sens feeling significantly slower when converting from my old MW2019 sens...

Featured Replies

So I've went from 1080 to 1440 and I've changed my monitor distance coefficient to 0.00 in Battlefield as I've been told it's better. It was 1.33 on MW2019. So I have done a conversion to my BF sens and the 360 hipefire sens is fine but the ADS sens the calculator is giving me is wayyyy too slow. I have to have it around 130 in-game to make it feel similar CoD one. Can someone check my conversion and see where I am going wrong. Thanks!

It’s because you have changed monitor size, and you are converting to a distance defined on the smaller screen. if you want to ignore this, just set the same monitor size for both source and targ

There is no relevance to your resolution changing, since it doesn't affect the sensitivity. This is not a reason to change the monitor distance coefficient

There is also no point in changing the coefficient to 0, to then scale the sens up per scope to 1.33 anyway. Just set the coefficient to 1.33 in the first place.

Also, although it won't be responsible for much change, but you may as well set the FOV accurately, your MW2019 FOV converted to BF is 67.672748 degrees (use the config file).

I know resolution doesn't effect sens but still even when doing what you suggest the ADS sens on battlefield feels hella low. Below is the conversion what I've done with the coefficient. My BF sens still needs to be around 130 ADS in-game to even feel close to my CoD ADS sens. The conversion gives me 0.888888 which I put in my config. Really confused.
