Better to match game settings to dpi to match desktop 360/cm?

Hey Wizard.
With Ghub bugged out of its mind, It does not change profiles automatically. 
What is my best choice to go with to match game and desktop and is it possible to achieve without discrepancy? Either by some third party software or something?

With 750 dpi (closest match) I have to manually set 1800 before playing apex, otherwise its super slow. 
And well I should change each time, but so many times you just switch from game to desktop and do stuff.
