World War 3 config path

The information that comes up when converting World War 3 sensitivity says that the config path is the following:

Config File: GameUserSettings.ini
Path: %LOCALAPPDATA%\WW3\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor

The correct location of the file is: %LOCALAPPDATA%\WW3\Saved\Config\WindowsClient

Also RawMouseInputEnabled should be set to 'True' rather than 'Enabled' to enable raw mouse input.
