every time i try to select the R6 game from the menu it auto puts in a random sens as tho i have selected that number and wont allow me to actually work out what my sens is it only gives me the number 50 any fixes?

If you use the config file calculation, the calculator will use the default value of 50 as a placeholder for MouseYawSensitivity, you can just change the to any other value if you're not using 50. The actual sensitivity is a product of all the sensitivity values, so the others will change accordingly if you change the MouseYawSensitivity value.
