Hidden mouse accel/smoothing in Overwatch ?

Featured Replies

Have been playing some Overwatch to get ready for OW2 and something just feels off about aiming. Its been years since i played consistently, and back then i was not exactly stellar at FPS so i did not notice. But even with everything accurately converted it feels like sometimes my reticle is not going where i want it to. I have not pinned down exactly what it is but its driving me nuts. Immortal Val, Diamond Apex, Onyx Mnk Halo, i know how to aim (sometimes) so im pretty sure its not me

There is no mouse accel in overwatch...
The only thing that affects overwatch aim is enabling high percision mouse input, which i reccomend enabling!...

If you have accel issues, inspect this regedit tree and make sure settings are as follows: image.thumb.png.8be27b97a8790e137e3e637ee8f8f8fc.png

This ensures 0 accel + mouse filtering within the OS:

Otherwise, inspect mouse software like so,

Settings in this menu, sometimes adds mouse accel, steel series mouses if i recall can add mouse accel/filtering, so please inspect your software too.
