December 2, 20223 yr Hello everyone! I used to convert my sensitivity between games using Jedi's mouse trick with MDV and manual calculations (cause it gives more precise result as i understand) and it works for me pretty good. Recently, i decided to try 4:3 stretched CSGO resolution. Asi understand, this trick will not work with MDV, because vertical FOV doesn't change. Is it correct to simply use MDH for calculations in this situation?

Is it correct to simply use MDH for calculations in this situation? This is correct, but the exact MDH value you should use depends on the MDV value. For instance if you used MDV 100% you should use 100*16/9=177.7778% for MDH (if going from 16:9 resolution). Join the community on Discord!
