February 25, 20232 yr I used to play a lot of apex on 0.7 sens 1600 dpi . Back then i didnt know about ads scaling etc so i left everything on 1.0. and got really good at it. Fov i had ingame selected at 104. Can somebody help me figure out how i would go about having the exact or close to exact same feel as apex with these settings for other games ? thank you! February 25, 20232 yr Wizard Use this as the base for your calculations: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=8374312a4b7c469c4f28639cfce9a865 Any game you select to convert to will automatically match the FOV as close as possible. For Hipfire you can choose between 360 distance or MDV 0% depending on what you prefer. Join the community on Discord!
February 25, 20232 yr Author you answered this probably a thousand times but whats the benefit of using mdv for hipfire ? i thought you should always use 360 for hipfire

But some do prefer a FOV based match instead since it keeps the hipfire aim consistent, rather than the 360 distance. If you are able to match the FOV it doesn't matter though. February 25, 20232 yr Author okay makes sense. So i can match fov for most games. but obviously not for games where Fov is locked like valorant or CS or OW. in these cases https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=57deb76396135637041773b2faf1840f is this the best way to feel the closest to the game you convert from?

Correct, but depending on your preference, hipfire with MDV 0% will either feel very slow or very good since the FOV difference is so big. If it feels slow, stick to 360 distance instead. ADS with MDV 0% will have the same tracking speed as hipfire. Join the community on Discord!

If i change the conversion for hipfire to mdv 0% and my fov is different then it will change the 360 speed i get on the converted game. My question is. is it not the same as doing 360cm for hipfire and changing the scope sens for each individual scope ? when it comes to feel ingame i always wondered this
March 3, 20232 yr Wizard The scopes will not be affected by the hipfire conversion, although the values might change; that is just to adjust for the potential change in the hipfire sensitivity. So doing MDV 0% or 360 for hipfire will result in the same scope sensitivity. Join the community on Discord!
