Unless there's some weapon mastery for the bow that I missed that gives you zoom, when you right click the camera just moves in closer, it doesn't zoom. The FOV and 360 distance stays the same.

The FOV for the zoom for the bow is the same as the FOV you have configured for the game.

The FOV Type doesn't matter, the important part is the actual HFOV and VFOV. And since the FOV in New World doesn't support decimals, 70 vdeg is as close to 103 hdeg as you can get.

You need to look at the exact same spot and not move between the transitions to make a comparison, so it's a bit hard from these screenshots. From my testing without any skill and a basic bow the camera just moves closer.

Do you have any skill or bow that improves you bow aim? I couldn't find one, but I might have missed it if it exists.
