How to have the same dpi on MacOS and Windows after MacOS 14 give the mouse acc off option?

After MacOS 14 out, we now can turn off the mouse acceleration of the mouth. I'm thinking about how to have the same mouse move feeling on MacOS and WIndows, anyone know how to do that? I use 6/11 with 1600 dpi on my windows (1920 * 1080), and the 4th step on mouth setting on my Macbook Pro 14 inch ( 3024 * 1964).
