Hi , Apologies  but i am a novice to all these but i was looking to convert my apex legend sens which is 3.58 at 400 DPI.
 ADS multiplier for iron sights and 1x is 1.28

so when i entered the values  i am getting two different ADS values for my AR PROFILES

Under ALL sensitivity section my sens for AKM is around 99%
But under ADS section it comes around 77%
 

Whch of these would be my Mouse Zoom Sensitivity multiplier?

You are changing the source here, which is why you get different results.

In the last one the correct Apex settings would be 1x Optic 1.29, not 1.

Does the red dot sights use the same sens as iron sights for Auto Rifles and smgs in the finals ?

Red dot sights sens aren't mentioned in the sensitivity conversion except for  R.357

Correct, for all other weapons except the R.357 the red dot and iron sights are the same.
