Calculator does not work on my Win 10?

Featured Replies

Hi,

I've been experiencing an issue where my PC, using Chrome, on WIndows 10 64-bit, with an RTX 2060 Super and an (ancient) Xeon E5-2630L.

I open the calculator, or my profile/settings from my shortcut, or just via google search, and it does not load. It keeps saying that it took too long to load, and whether I want to wait, or quit the site.

I've spend 7 cycles of "Wait", over 1 1/2 hours hoping it would load. It does not.

Idk if I may have missed a forum, or patch note entry, but when I was literally about to spend 100 bucks for lt, and got gatekept out of making the purchase because the site was not functioning and slowing my entire PC to a crawl...idk what to do,

Hi!

There was an update earlier today, so you might have some old cached files in your browser. Have you tried to force a reload (shift+reload)? Does it work in a private/incognito window? And lastly, do you use any addons that might block scripts etc?

Can you show a screenshot of what it looks like?
