Is blood strikes sensitivity conversion, right?

So, let's say my sensitivity in overwatch is 2.17(39.9cm/360) and when I convert it to blood strike its 10, seems simple but when i throw it in game both hip fire and ads feels super slow doesn't matter what fov i pick, for some reason 16 sens on blood strike feels better but idk

yes, unless i only change No ADS Steering and leave everything on default
