How to Use Our Hytale Sens Converter

To convert your Hytale sensitivity to another game, enter your Hytale sens in the "From Sensitivity" input and select the game you want to convert to in the "Convert To" dropdown.

To convert your sensitivity from another game to Hytale, select the other game in the "Convert From" dropdown and enter the sens you use in that game in the "From Sensitivity" field.

You'll also need to enter the mouse DPI you plan to use for each game.

After you input your data, the calculator will automatically output your "Converted Sensitivity."

In addition to your converted sensitivity, the Hytale converter will output your cm/360 and in/360. "cm/360" and "in/360" are the distance you need to physically move your mouse to rotate 360 degrees in the game you're converting to. The distance is measured in centimeters and inches, respectively.

Recommended Hytale Sensitivity and cm/360

For competitive shooters like Hytale, we recommend using a cm/360 between 20 to 80 (7.87 to 31.5 inches/360). cm/360 is how many centimeters you need to move your mouse to rotate 360 degrees in-game.

Both your in-game sensitivity and your mouse's DPI affect your "true sensitivity" (how far you have to move your mouse to rotate a certain number of degrees in Hytale). For this reason, we've provided a range of recommended in-game Hytale sensitivities for various mouse DPIs.

Recommended Hytale Sensitivity

  • If your mouse DPI is 400, we recommend a Hytale sens between 1 and 4.
  • If your mouse DPI is 800, we recommend a Hytale sens between 0.5 and 2.
  • If your mouse DPI is 1200, we recommend a Hytale sens between 0.3 and 1.3.
  • If your mouse DPI is 1600, we recommend a Hytale sens between 0.2 and 1.
  • If your mouse DPI is 3200, we recommend a Hytale sens between 0.1 and 0.5.
