I've updated the vertical now. It's not exactly half, but close.
As for the polling rate issues, I can't see any issues here up to 1000 Hz, but this might be affected by hardware or drivers etc.

Indeed, they have changed the minimum too for some reason. It used to be 0.1, now it's 1. I've updated the limits, so you'll have to adjust the DPI to achieve the desired sensitivity.

Chrome (Android)

Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
Tap Permissions → Notifications.
Adjust your preference.

Chrome (Desktop)

Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
Select Site settings.
Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
