Forgotten what used to be. The point is that if the mouse setting “Enhance pointer precision” is enabled in Windows, it affects the game as well. If you disable it, acceleration is disabled in the game. But the problem occurs in another way. The calculator gave me a sensitivity of “6”, taking into account that it is less than ideal. But in the game itself it is too much. So I set it to “4”. And I got something that should be. I went through the configuration file. I noticed a couple of interesting things. First, the sensitivity setting line is repeated twice: <Property name=“LookSensitivityMode1” value=“4” /> <Property name=“LookSensitivityMode2” value=“25” /> as well as sensitivity for flight and cursor (why this setting is needed at all). Second, there is a line in the file: <Property name=“Acceleration” value=“1.000000” /> сhanging it does not lead to anything. I tried to change the value to “0.000000” or add “-” (minus). Nothing changed. Even deleted it, but it comes back when the game starts (which is logical). Anyway, the question is why it is needed? What this is all about - I do not know, but in case someone will notice something. I apologize for my English, I don't speak it, I hope for a translator.
