DPI Wizard got a reaction from MarkAsher in Game request archiveI've updated the game notes now. Raw Input fixes the acceleration issues when center mouse is checked. Other than that the base sensitivity is the same as before, and raw input should always be enabled.

DPI Wizard got a reaction from SeikoPotato in FragPunkMight be a bug that doesn't affect any of my systems. The sensitivity formula is consistent with Unreal Engine, so there's no doubt it is correct. Here's a demo of your exact sensitivities, and as expected, FragPunk overshoots a small amount (247 counts) due to lack of decimals, so it's 100% correct according to the calculations.
I see that they've updated the 1x FOV, so this change is reflected in the calculator now

DPI Wizard got a reaction from DtrPpBizon in Marvel rivals mouse sens converter feels off ?The "Center Mouse in Background" option has to be turned off, as it causes acceleration.

DPI Wizard got a reaction from kasey in Screen size changeThe concept behind using the monitor size in the conversion, is to keep the movement within the old monitor size consistent. In other words, to cover a cutout of 23.6 inches on your new 27" monitor, the movement should be the same. So for instance if you use MDH 100%, the mouse movement to move to the edge of your old monitor, should match the movement on your new monitor where the 23.6" would have ended. For this reason the sensitivity has to be slower, as with the same sensitivity you will of course cover the size of a 27" monitor with this movement, which is too fast.
This is not a FOV based conversion, it's purely based on the physical size of the monitor.
Note that using monitor size in the conversion is a concept that does not feel right for everyone. Personally I prefer the same sensitivity regardless of monitor size, but this is subjective.

DPI Wizard got a reaction from SladeNova in Sea of ThievesSorry for the long delay here, I missed this update. These are added now.

DPI Wizard got a reaction from Flyradical in Hell Let LooseHappy to help!
Yes, just pay attention to the FOV types and actual HFOV/VFOV in the output. For instance, 90 in hell let loose is not the same as 90 in CS2.

DPI Wizard got a reaction from conhrv in Arma 3 360/cm conversions are not correct? The state of the game is still the same, the mouse input is very inaccurate causing the movement to fluctuate a lot.

DPI Wizard got a reaction from WheresMyPants in Game request archiveAdded!
-
DPI Wizard got a reaction from devilish in Game request archiveI don't think a top-down shooter with that kind of control can be added. Maybe, but either way setting it to 1 equals your desktop sensitivity.

DPI Wizard got a reaction from KatieHD in Game request archiveAll these are added!

DPI Wizard reacted to RexVoluntas in AvowedSo I thought I would test this for science. The game shows up in the battle.net launcher but needs to be redownloaded. Using the Battle.net version has now created the config file in the Saved Games folder and works as expected. You can connect your Xbox account to import your save file. I think I'll be downloading my Game Pass games through Battle.net when available in the future. 😂

DPI Wizard got a reaction from Zeo in AvowedI've tested the Xbox version now, and unfortunately the file is not present for that version anywhere. Xbox games tend to write to protected system folders etc, I'm guessing this is what's happening here too.

DPI Wizard got a reaction from fahrraddieb in Hunt: Showdown 1896This is explained in the game notes:
Meaning hipfire will use this setting for the conversion:
While ADS will use this:
The reason for the split is that some wants shoulder aim to be treated like hipfire, others like ADS. So I'm giving you both options.
This is literally what Aim Down Sights refer to in the game.

DPI Wizard got a reaction from benedu3095 in Death to SpiesThe sensitivity slider have no numerical value, but it moves in very small steps. Count the steps manually starting from 0 when the slider is all the way to the left.

DPI Wizard got a reaction from jericho246 in Delta Force: Hawk Ops (三角洲行动)Check if this happens for you:
Scope Magnification Off:
Scope Magnification On:
So with it off, everything both inside and outside the FOV is the same, when it's on, only the scope is zoomed in.
However they have changes the function of this around a bit. And I think some are missing the option.
While others have it:
For those who don't have it, it seems to be off:
So with this many inconsistencies I think it's best to have it off for now, and I will go through the aims and see what the current state is.

DPI Wizard got a reaction from locsuccac in Game request archiveThe was previously unsupported due to frame affected sensitivity. There are still some issues with smoothing etc, but it is a lot better now so it is added.
