What exactly? Remember that the game uses different values in-game and in the config file. Also since this is a 3rd person game it might be perceived different than a 1st person game even when everything is exactly the same (FOV and 360 distance).

Please tell me what numbers you are entering where, what exactly you are testing and what your measurements are compared to the calculations.

And as mentioned before:

The in-game sensitivity is different from the config file sensitivity, make sure you select the correct location!
