Just added! Will look at the BFG version later and Doom 1 and 2, but I think it's the same for Doom 3. Pretty standard sensitivity :)

shouldn't it be the same as quake 4? i tried different FOVs and the sensitivity didn't change.

Quake 4 is unaffected by FOV I think, even though they are based on the same engine. But let me re-check that... :)

Hi, @DPI Wizard,

So I've come back to revisit Doom 3 (Non BFG Edition) with the Redux mod (found here: https://www.moddb.com/mods/doom-3-redux) and perhaps I'm not doing something right, but I just can't seem to get my sensitivity feeling right. It reacts to the console FOV and sensitivity changes but it seems to be coming up a little short when compared to other games with the exact same FOV. I am playing in 16:9 @ 2560x1440, selectable within the mod. To eliminate the mod as the issue I tried launching Doom 3 without any mods, in 4:3 and 16:9 resolutions and the sensitivity values also falls short compared to other games I play at 118.

Why would this be the case? Thanks in advance!

I can confirm @Audile's claim that the sens is noticeable off in regular Doom 3.

Also, any reason why the BFG option is grayed out? It'd also be great if you could take a look at the embedded versions of DOOM (1993) and DOOM II that come included with DOOM 3: BFG Edition :D.

I'm not finding anything off here, it uses the same sensitivity as CS2 etc, but without the FOV affecting the 360 distance.

Are you using the mod? Can you attach your config file so I can try it directly, as well as share your conversion?

It's grayed out because it doesn't support config file sensitivity, so change location to in-game :)

These should be the same as the entries already added.

You're 100% right, it's pinpoint accurate. My fault. When I first played it almost 2 years ago for a youtuber event I must have missed something since I set up my game in such a rush.

As for the BFG Edition, I see now thanks! Kinda neat the sens in DOOM (1993) and DOOM II is pinpoint accurate too, something the newer official ports can't say lol. Only problem is, I think they struggle with higher polling rates.
