DPI Wizard Wizard July 3, 201510 yr Wizard Author stats I don't understand the difference between the FOV command you put ("fDefaultWorldFOV=90.0"), and the game's default one ("fDefaultFOV=75.0000")? I found "fDefaultFOV=75.0000" in my Fallout.ini and Fallout_default.ini, but I did not find the "fDefaultWorldFOV" line at all. I think that means my FOV has been 75 the whole time, and the game sets it to that by default. I'm just not sure which line does what, since there's more than one. I also noticed another one in both .ini files: "fDefault1stPersonFOV=55.0000". There's also some others such as Pipboy and terminal FOV, but I think those are self explanatory. IIRC when I tested it, changing the "fDefaultFOV" did nothing, while adding the "fDefaultWorldFOV" to the file did in fact change the FOV. I'm not quite sure of the relation and how they work.
benedu3095 Members May 21, 20241 yr Author stats After beating Fallout 3 a few days and doing some more "testing" in NV I can confirm that changing the Viewmodel FoV (fDefault1stPersonFOV) affects fMouseSensitivity, just like in 3. Well, at least changing the Pip-Boy FoV (fPipboy1stPersonFOV) doesn't seem to affect either game, so there is that . Also, setting bBackground Mouse to 1 in addition to fForegroundMouseAccelBase=0 fForegroundMouseAccelTop=0 fForegroundMouseBase=0 fForegroundMouseMult=0 seems to make the menus like the main menu and Pip-Boy use raw input, I think??

There's a slider for it in the settings but nothing in the INI for it, and there's little to nothing online about it.Changing fMouseSensitivity= in the INI only affects the horizontal sens.
