    is there a way to put the mouse sensitivity in the game ?? (files)
    i have   X 0.3    Y 1.2  and  there is no visual way to know if its in the right place with the slider

    Unfortunately no, you have to manually estimate where the 0.3 and 1.2 by dragging the slider.
