At some point since the game was added, the sensitivity must have been updated. I was expecting some discrepancy as notes suggest, but I can confirm it is way off on my end.

Tested it now and seems to be the same as before. What exactly is your conversion, and how is it off? I assume you have mouse smooth and acceleration turned off?

Yes, both mouse smooth and acceleration are off. Here are my current settings: https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=2524fbf3471639db940abcf145cfe8e3 (I use rawaccel with the provided multiplier to achieve (or at least try on this case) 0% discrepancy). It just feels noticeably slower which I guess can be attributed to  Hired Ops' sensitivity slider.

Then I tested the following https://www.mouse-sensitivity.com/?share=7135eafa9129405b8a2e47236ef6623f, and again, the sensitivity just felt different in Hired Ops (not by "much", but enough to be noticeable).

I guess my main takeaway is that the sensibility slider in Hired Ops is just a mess, as you yourself suggested .  Well, at least I can try and mess with rawaccel until I find the sweet spot.
