The FOV is not actually locked.
You can change it in-game with a drop-down box found under [Graphics Settings > Advanced > Field of View]
Unfortunately, it seems that there are only preset options, which include [30, 60, 70, 80, 90 (the default), 100, 110, 120, 130]
--edit--
also it seems like we can edit the FOV in the config file
it might be a placebo i haven't thoroughly tested yet, but the setting is there

There was no FOV option when the game was added, nice that they have added it now.

I've updated the calculations to support this, as well as changed the FOV type which is no longer Hdeg but Hdeg 16:9.

I see there's also an aim sensitivity now, but I can't find what it affects. It does not seem to affect aiming with a bow or stones.

yeah, i tried setting the aim sensitivity from 1.0 to 0.5, hoping it would modify my preferred hipfire 360 of 2.5 inches to my preferred ADS sensitivity of 5 inches, but, same as you, i didn't notice any effect

Let me know if you find anything it affects, like a bow upgrade or modification or something.

I am physically disabled and need lower sensitivity while aiming than just running around, so adjusting the DPI of my mouse does not help (the general camera sensitivity slider in game does work anyway). In other games, the "aim sensitivity" slider does just that, no equipment upgrades needed, so as far as I can tell, the Palia devs put an "aim sensitivity" slider in the UI but forgot to code that function. Unfortunately, I have reported the bug several times both to customer support and directly to the devs, but the feature still does not work.

Yeah, this is really frustrating.
