You got two choices under Aim, Hipfire (Config File) and Hipfire (In-game) :)

i think maybe the fov has no effect on sensitivity anymore

i attached a screenshot of my calculation in case you wanted to see

 

edit: in game with 111fov, the sens it is about 20cm for 360 instead of ~41.4cm

I know its been years and now coming back to this game I realized you can use the Prey Interface Customizer mod to adjust sprint/zoom sensitivity.

@DPI Wizard In game and config file options for hipfire return exactly the same value/cm360/discrepancy.

So, seemingly there's zero point using the config file.

Has something broken? Is this an error?

The config file has a slightly better range (0.0001-0.0004 is not possible to match in-game), but the accuracy is the same within the range of the in-game values yes.
